We emphasize on comfort foods, rustic recipes and things we usually cook for our family. Simple and nutritous.

The "Sous" package is built around the idea of an intimate experience with food. We develope our flavors through the freshest ingredients and present them in a plated dinner fashion.

Now we’re getting serious! We bring you the latest cooking techniques and ingredients you wouldnt normally see in restaurants to your kitchen 

We source high end products, find local producers and buy organic whenever possible. We use the best Prime Beef, the best of everything, and it shows.

IMPORTANT!

Payment:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. Final payment by cash, check, or credit card is accepted the day of the function.

Guest count:

A general count is needed upon booking the event. A final count is required 8 days prior to the function. At minimum we will charge for the final count given or, if greater, the actual number of guests served. If your count should drop dramatically, the price per person may increase.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is optional, at your discretion, and will not be added to the final bill. Gratuity for exceptional service is always appreciated, but never expected. 10-20% is customary. However, for your convenience, optional gratuity is automatically added at 15% for corporate parties only.

Staff:

Staff requirements are based on the number of guests attending the event and the style of the event. We will always work with you to find the appropriate "budget vs. comfort" balance.
For intimate seated dinners, we strongly suggest a minimum of one server for every 10 guests, and a chef for every 20 guests, in order to make your event even more enjoyable. Our staff members are honest, discreet and qualified professionals, and always help make your dinner party a success. Pre- event on-site inspection is not usually necessary.

Rentals:

Rentals are based on individual event requirements, to create the perfect event and atmosphere. We provide full-service rentals including linens, glassware, silverware, dinnerware, tables, chairs, etc...

Liability: Our company is licensed and insured. Our staff is trained and careful. We will handle your furniture, equipment and items in your home with the utmost care. However, we cannot be responsible for damage to your property or equipment, which is used with your consent.

Cancellation:

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. The event can be rescheduled if you cancel less than 8 days prior to the event but is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Hurricane cancellations are no exception.

Oops:

Sometimes, despite our rigorous protocol, we forget small items (knife, spoon, etc...) at your home. It rarely but sometimes happens that we take items belonging to you by mistake. In the unlikely event that this should occur, we will contact you at once and arrange delivery. Please do the same if you realize this before we do. Thank you.

Also:

Because we often shop at local markets the very same day of your event in order to ensure  freshness, we reserve the right to change the menu without notice in the unlikely event that an ingredient is not available. All prices are subject to change without notice.
